1. Overview
At Morocco Cooking Experiences, we limit our class sizes to provide an intimate, hands-on, and authentic culinary experience. Because ingredients and instructors are prepared in advance for each guest, cancellations significantly impact our operations. We kindly ask you to read our cancellation and refund terms below before confirming your reservation.
2. Guest Cancellation & Refund Timeline
Refunds and rescheduling eligibility are based on when we receive your written cancellation request via email or WhatsApp:
More than 48 Hours Notice
Full Refund (100%)
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled class time to receive a full refund (excluding any non-refundable payment processing fees).
24 to 48 Hours Notice
50% Refund or Free Reschedule
Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours prior to start time are eligible for a 50% refund or a free one-time date change (subject to availability).
Less than 24 Hours / No-Show
Non-Refundable (0%)
No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or for failing to attend the experience.
3. Late Arrivals
Classes start promptly at the scheduled time to ensure the quality of the cooking process and respect for all participants. If you are running late, please notify us immediately via WhatsApp at +212 638-472445.
Arrivals more than 20 minutes late without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of your spot without a refund.
4. Rescheduling Policy
If you need to change your date or time:
- 48+ hours in advance: Free rescheduling to any open date.
- 24–48 hours in advance: Rescheduling is permitted based on class availability.
- Under 24 hours: Rescheduling requests cannot be guaranteed and will be treated as a last-minute cancellation.
5. Cancellations by Morocco Cooking Experiences
In rare instances where we must cancel a class (e.g., severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen emergency), you will be offered your choice of:
- A 100% full refund processed immediately.
- An alternative date or time for your experience.
We are not responsible for auxiliary travel expenses (e.g., flight or hotel costs) incurred as a result of class cancellations.
